Title: Establishing DNA Replication Timing In The Early Embryo

Short bio:
Jason A. Halliwell, PhD is an Assistant Professor at the Center for Chromosome Stability, University of Copenhagen. His research focuses on genomic instability during early embryogenesis, with a particular emphasis on DNA replication dynamics in human pluripotent stem cells. Jason completed his PhD at the University of Sheffield, where he developed novel assays and bioinformatic pipelines to investigate chromosomal instability. He has authored numerous high-impact publications, including work featured on the cover of Stem Cells and Development and in Nature Communications. A recipient of the Lundbeck Foundation Postdoctoral Fellowship, Jason is also an experienced educator and invited speaker at international conferences including EMBO/EMBL and ESHRE.
